Product Identification
• Generic Name: Diclazuril Granules
• Strength: 0.5% (5 mg Diclazuril per gram)

Composition
Each gram contains 5 mg Diclazuril as active ingredient. Excipients: Corn starch, lactose, sodium lauryl sulfate, dextrin.
Description
White or pale yellow granular powder, almost insoluble in water.
Pharmacological Action
Diclazuril is a triazine-based broad-spectrum anticoccidial drug. It acts on the asexual and sexual developmental stages of coccidia by interfering with nuclear division and mitochondrial function of the parasite, effectively inhibiting schizogony and gametogony.
• Spectrum: Highly active against all major pathogenic Eimeria species in chickens, turkeys, rabbits and other animals, including E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. maxima, E. acervulina, E. brunetti.
• Features: High potency, low dosage, low toxicity, no cross-resistance with ionophore anticoccidials.
Indications
For the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in chickens, turkeys, rabbits and other poultry and livestock.
Dosage & Administration
Administered mixed into feed.
• Chickens & Turkeys: 1 g diclazuril per 1000 kg of complete feed (equivalent to 200 g granules per ton of feed), continuous administration.
• Rabbits: 0.5–1 mg diclazuril per kg body weight per day, mixed in feed, for 5–7 days.
Adverse Reactions
No adverse reactions at recommended dosage. Overdose may cause growth depression or neurotoxic symptoms.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to diclazuril.
Precautions
1. Strictly follow recommended dosage; avoid overdose.
2. Withdraw medication 5 days before slaughter to avoid residue.
3. For veterinary use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Withdrawal Period
• Meat: Chicken 5 days; Turkey 5 days; Rabbit 7 days
Storage
Seal tightly, store in a cool dry place, protected from light.
